Barcelona know how to beat Real Madrid, says Lewandowski ahead of 'El Clasico'

Barcelona are ready to turn La Liga upside down. The 'Cules' visit the Santiago Bernabeu to take on a Madrid side who have the chance to practically clinch La Liga title if they beat the team coached by Xavi Hernandez.

Lewandowski, the 'Cules' main man up front, spoke to the international media ahead of 'El Clasico' and the newspaper 'Sport' echoed his comments: "We know Madrid. We have analysed the mistakes we made the last time we played them. We know that if we minimise their strengths, we can beat them at the Santiago Bernabeu.

The Pole is aware that the 120 minutes of the game against Manchester City at the Etihad could take their toll on 'Los Blancos': "The euphoria of the qualification against Manchester City can make Madrid mentally out of tune for 'El Clasico'.

"It's true that we played 70 minutes after being reduced to 10 men, but we had an extra day's rest. They played 120 minutes, they had to face a penalty shoot-out and return home. They probably arrived in Madrid after five in the morning," he added.

Speaking to 'LaLiga World', Lewandowski himself, who assured that the team respects Xavi's decision, assured that they will fight until the end. "We solved some problems we had at the beginning, and now I see that the direction is really good. We are still fighting, we are ready to win this game.
