"Barca were always my first choice, it would be a dream come true"

Joao Felix on Tuesday 18th July made headlines in the transfer market and, above all, in Spanish football when he publicly said he would like to join Barcelona.

It was at that moment when Fabrizio Romano, the journalist who controls a large part of the movements, revealed some surprising declarations that the Portuguese would have made exclusively to him.

The Atletico Madrid player, without mincing words, made it clear, according to the aforementioned source, that his desire is to wear the Barca jersey next season: "I would love to play for Barca. It has always been my first choice and I would love to join them".

In the information revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Joao Felix has reportedly added that this feeling comes from childhood and raised to the level of a great wish fulfilled in the hypothetical case of him signing for the Camp Nou club: "It has always been my dream since I was a child. If it happens, it will be a dream come true for me".
