Barca's Flick not happy with players frustration over limited gametime

Following their dramatic comeback to win against Celta Vigo on Saturday, Barcelona host Mallorca at the Montjuic on Tuesday night, hoping to extend their lead at the top of the Spanish top-flight standings to seven points.
Head coach Hansi Flick said he was not happy with various things from the 4-3 win over Celta and urged his players to maintain focus against their upcoming rivals, with a Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid also coming up for the Catalans on April 26.
"Mallorca are having a good season and have a chance to qualify for Europe next season. It will be a tough match. They are an experienced team, they defend well, and they are good at quick transitions. We have to be prepared," he told reporters.
"We analysed the match and explained how we wanted to play," he continued. "There are maybe four or five situations that I wasn't satisfied with against Celta, and we showed them to the players, and we have to do them better, much better."
Barca will be without Robert Lewandowski against 'Los Bermellones' after he picked up a hamstring injury, which will also rule him out against Real Madrid and for both legs of the Champions League semi-finals against Inter Milan later this month.
"We hope Lewandowski returns for the big games. We don't know when yet, we have to wait. At the moment, we don't know how long it will take. And we don't want to say anything either," Flick said on the striker, who is also his side's top scorer this term.
A big talking point over the weekend was the reactions of Ansu Fati and Hector Fort to not having been given minutes against Celta Vigo. The pair were visibly frustrated with Flick's decision not to play them, with Fati also seen kicking a cooler after being left on the bench.
"I can understand that they are unhappy, disappointed or upset. I was also a professional player, and I know this kind of situation. Every player wants to show that he's part of the team," the German boss said when asked to comment on the situation.
He added: "I can't understand the reactions. For me, you have to accept this situation. I think we made the right decisions, and that's what the players should see. When they participate in matches, we want to see the right reaction. That's what I need to see."
