Barca keep tabs on Bryan Zaragoza amid uncertain Bayern future

Barcelona are keeping a close eye on the situation of Bryan Zaragoza, the Spanish international winger currently playing for Bayern Munich. According to German newspaper “Bild”, the Catalan giants are closely monitoring the movements surrounding the future of the player, who has failed to acclimatise to the Bavarian outfit.
Bayern are planning to facilitate Zaragoza's departure this summer, as the player has failed to make the expected impact since his arrival in January. Although there are offers for the player, the German club have rejected them as financially insufficient.
Bryan Zaragoza is a profile highly valued by Deco, Barca's sporting director, who already tried to sign him when the player played for Granada. At that time, Deco advised Bryan Zaragoza to wait until the end of the season, anticipating that the termination clause would be reduced after Granada's relegation.
In the end, the striker opted to accept Bayern's proposal, who paid around 13 million euros plus the cost of a six-month loan. For the moment, Barcelona have not made any formal move, although they are being kept informed of any developments regarding the player's future.
The Catalan club is studying its options in the transfer market, evaluating the possibility of reinforcing its squad with young and promising players.
