Axel Tuanzebe sues Man United for alleged medical negligence

Axel Tuanzebe has decided to sue Manchester United. The BBC reports that the defender, who signed for Burnley this summer, is suing the English club for alleged medical negligence.
Tuanzebe's claim was filed last week and relates to an unspecified injury in July 2022, for which he is seeking £1 million in compensation. The full-back was sidelined from 7 May 2022 to 15 February 2023.
His return to action on 15 February came during a loan spell at Stoke City, where he only made five appearances that season. The last time Tuanzebe played a match for Manchester United was in the 2020/21 season.
Since then, he has had loan spells at Aston Villa, Napoli and Stoke City before leaving on a free transfer to Ipswich Town. He has since departed Ipswich to join Burnley.
