Atletico agree deal with Feyenoord for Slovakia defender Hancko

Atletico Madrid have secured the services of Slovakian defender David Hancko from Feyenoord, following his failed transfer to Al Nassr. The agreement between the clubs is €30 million fixed plus add-ons.

"Atletico de Madrid and Feyenoord have reached an agreement over the transfer of Dávid Hancko to our club, pending the completion of the medical examination and the signing of his new contract."

The player made his professional debut in 2016 with MSK Zilina before making the leap to Italian football with Fiorentina. After a spell at Sparta Prague, he joined Feyenoord in 2022.

Once he has passed his medical and signed his contract, Hancko will be officially presented as a new Atlético Madrid player.
