Asensio potential permanent move to Villa to be discussed in June

Marco Asensio decided to swap Paris Saint-Germain for Aston Villa this winter transfer window in search of a more prominent role in England, as under Luis Enrique he was not getting the playing time he was asking for. 

However, the Parisians refused to include an option to buy the Mallorca-born winger when they agreed a loan deal with the Premier League outfit. 

However, although Marco Asensio is set to return to the Parc des Princes next summer once his loan deal is over, Fabrizio Romano has reported that there is another possibility regarding the former Real Madrid man's future.

According to the Italian journalist, both PSG and Aston Villa are open to discussing a permanent move for the player in June based on his performances between now and the end of the season, so Asensio's future could be at Villa Park.
