Arthur closer to joining Juventus

Arthur Melo's future will be talked about at Barca in the next few months. His departure would lead to new signings like that of Miralem Pjanic, but the player has been against leaving for now.

However, 'Tuttosport' has put the Brazilian on their front page and says he is "close" to joining Juventus. After Quique Setien's indifferent attitude towards Arthur in an interview with 'BeIN Sports', the club could have received approval from the coach to let the player go.

But 'AS' reports that the player says that Setien wants Arthur and that Barcelona know his salary is not a large one. Therefore it would be easy to keep the footballer in the team. 

Arthur, who has insisted that he does not want to leave, knows that his Barca future will be questioned over the next few months. There are too many doubts still when football has yet to return this season and Barca have still got a lot to play for.
