Arsenal step up pursuit of Kingsley Coman as Bayern prepare to listen to offers

The 28-year-old, who has enjoyed a glittering career, is on course to claim his 13th league title, having already won trophies with Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus in addition to his successes with Bayern.
The French international is said to be available for transfer, with just two years remaining on his contract, according to sources including Florian Plettenberg.
Arsenal are understood to have already made an approach for the winger as manager Mikel Arteta seeks reinforcements in attack to bolster his squad. Injuries to key players such as Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus have left Arteta with a weakened front line this season.
The Frenchman is reportedly open to the possibility of moving to England, and might even consider a pay cut from his current £275,000-a-week wages to make the switch.
However, the Gunners face stiff competition as Saudi Arabian clubs are also eyeing a deal for his services. With the promise of lucrative offers, they are ready to make a significant push to land the star.
Still, Arsenal are hopeful that the prospect of first-team football, a Champions League campaign, and a chance to compete for titles will be enough to secure his signing.
