Arsenal's move for Gyokeres in jeopardy as talks stall over add-ons

The Gunners had seemingly made a breakthrough in negotiations with Sporting Lisbon, agreeing to pay a £63.5 million fee for the Swedish striker. However, fresh complications have emerged, according to Portuguese outlet Record.
Sporting are said to be demanding an additional £8.7 million in performance-related bonuses. Arsenal, while willing to pay the agreed base fee, are reportedly pushing back on the structure and specific conditions tied to the add-ons.
This dispute has placed the transfer in a delicate position, despite Gyokeres having already agreed on personal terms, including a proposed five-year contract at the Emirates.
The 27-year-old forward is believed to be eager to join Mikel Arteta's side, but unless a compromise is reached soon, the move could collapse at the final hurdle.
