Arnautovic suffers panic attack during Austria-Serbia in Nations League

Marko Arnautovic revealed he suffered from a panic attack in Thursday night's match between Austria and Serbia in the Nations League playoffs, which ended with the scoreline reading 1-1 at the Ernst Happel Stadion.
"I felt a lot of pressure on the upper area of my stomach, at the same time I had a panic attack and I don't know why," the Austrian striker told 'BILD'. "The medic took a quick look, handed me something to make me feel better and everything went back to normal and I was able to continue."
Arnautovic suggested the panic attack may have been caused by a sharp pain in his knee, adding: "I suddenly felt nauseous and dizzy. Maybe it was because of my knee, I felt a sharp pain in the front part of the kneecap. But then everything was fine and I carried on playing."
The Inter Milan forward also spoke on his performance during the game, admitting that his lack of precision in front of goal cost the team a positive result. "I take responsibility, it was also my fault," he said. Austria will take on Serbia again on Sunday for the second leg at the Stadion Rajko Mitic.
