Araujo & Raphinha land in Barcelona despite being rested for Osasuna clash

After a long journey from the other side of the world, Raphinha and Araujo are already in Barcelona. Both players, who have been with their national teams, arrived in Barcelona on Wednesday afternoon ahead of La Liga clash against Osasuna.
Despite the effort, Hansi Flick, aware of the wear and tear that the trip would entail, announced on Wednesday morning that the two players will rest: “They will not play nor will they be in the team, both are out and it is so because the flight is long and the situation is not the best. They have to recover, they have to train. Ronald didn't play the last game but I don't know what he has done with his national team and how much he has trained. It is better for him to recover from the trip, train a little bit more and we will see what we will do on Sunday”.
Araujo has covered by far the most kilometers. Right after the Bolivia-Uruguay game in El Alto, a match that the Uruguayan did not play, he took the first of his three flights to Buenos Aires, where he boarded the second flight to Madrid along with his club teammate Raphinha and Atletico's Argentine internationals.
Once in the Spanish capital, the 'Cules' players took another plane to Barcelona and landed shortly before 8:00 pm. The newspaper 'Sport' shared a video of the arrival of both players at the private flight terminal of the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport.
