The stunning backheel volley that looks a shoo-in for the Puskas award

With the Jets trailing 1-0 at home, McGree attempted to inject some tempo into his side's play.

Picking up the ball just outside the box, he tried to play a one-two with a team-mate. 

However, the return pass was behind McGree, leading to a wonderful piece of improvisation as he proceeded to backheel the ball on the volley over the stranded Dean Bouzanis in the visiting goal and into the top corner.

It was a stunning finish as he helped his side claim a 2-1 victory and a place in the A-League grand final.
