Arsenal 'ready to make firm transfer offer' for Chelsea starlet

Musonda has been a peripheral figure at Chelsea since he decided to stay at Stamford Bridge and fight for his place this summer.
He has made just four appearances for Antonio Conte's side, including two starts in the Carabao cup, and is now ready to quit in search of regular playing time.
'Foot Mercato' have reported that a source close to the the Belgian talent told them: 'Charly has informed Chelsea that he will not extend, regardless of the proposal and that he will seek to leave the club in January.
'He believes it is time for him to play football regularly and sees no hope of having much more play time than currently, and to have a big role with Chelsea.'
The French publication go on to mention that Arsenal are in pole position to sign the 21-year-old, saying the Gunners are 'ready to make a firm transfer offer to Chelsea.'
With Musonda's contract running out in 2019, Chelsea could be tempted to sell sooner rather than later, provided an appropriate bid is tabled.
