Man Utd submit £55m proposal for Bryan Mbeumo

Manchester United is coming off one of their worst seasons in history, losing the Europa League final to Spurs and failing to qualify for any European competition next season after finishing 15th in the Premier League.
The Mancunian side want to avoid at all costs that this could happen again next season and the board wants to provide Ruben Amorim with the necessary players.
The Red Devils have already landed Wolves star Cunha on a five-year deal for £63.5 million, and next in line to reinforce the English side's forward line is Bryan Mbeumo.
The Old Trafford outfit are in negotiations with the Bees for their prolific striker, for whom they have made an offer of around £55 million including add-ons.
However, Fabrizio Romano reports that Brentford are not satisfied with that and are asking for a fee similar to that paid by the Mancunians for Matheus Cunha.
