Fernandes weighs up Al-Hilal move amid Man Utd resistance

Bruno Fernandes is seriously considering leaving Manchester United to join Al-Hilal. The Saudi club has not given up on its bid to sign the Red Devils captain and talks between the two sides have been described as “productive”, according to Ben Jacobs.
Despite Al-Hilal's insistence, Manchester United's official stance is that their captain is not for sale. The English club considers Fernandes a key player in its sporting project and does not contemplate his departure in this market.
However, Al-Hilal is keen to get a definitive answer before the start of the Club World Cup. The Saudi club's interest remains firm and they hope to convince the player with an attractive proposal both in sporting and economic terms.
The departure of the Manchester United captain would be a setback for Amorim, who recently underlined the Portuguese's importance to the team as a leader and assured that he is crucial to what he wants to build at the Red Devils.
